A review into the procedures that led to the cancellation of Germany's heavy-lift helicopter tender could prompt decision-makers to restart the competition and foil plans to complete a FMS.

Sikorsky has requested a review into Germany’s cancelled heavy-lift helicopter tender, suggesting the manufacturer has grown frustrated by how decision-makers have managed the acquisition.
