Pegasus to keep Australian Tigers afloat

The Australian Ministry of Defence (MoD) announced on 10 March it was investing funds to further develop an emergency flotation device for the Tiger Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter (ARH).

Defence Minister Marise Payne announced that AU$4 million (US$3.05 million) would be given to local company One Atmosphere to help improve the post-crash buoyancy system. This adds to $3.8 million the MoD has already invested in the project.
