Patria acquires Malmskogen Aerocenter business operations
Patria Helicopters has acquired the business operations of Malmskogen Aerocenter based in Linköping in Sweden, strengthening Patria Helicopter’s helicopter support capabilities. The company announced the acquisition, which also includes employees, on 1 September.
By acquiring the Malmskogen Aerocenter operations, the company will be able to grow its business, focused on the maintenance of helicopters, helicopter components and equipment; as well as engines, upgrades and modifications, spare parts and electronic products.
Patria Helicopters is an authorised Service Center for Bell, AgustaWestland and Airbus Helicopters. Located at Stockholm-Arlanda International Airport, Patria Helicopters takes total technical responsibility for overhaul and maintenance of helicopters and modifications.
Patria Helicopters is part of the Finnish Patria Group, and is owned by the state of Finland (73.2%) and Airbus Group (26.8 %).
