Outgoing USCG commandant leaves behind warning

In his final days as the US Coast Guard commandant, ADM Paul Zukunft is not shying away from divisive topics that plague today's turbulent political environment. 

From prompting discussions on climate change to acknowledging that a boarder wall along the country's southern border will not solve the migration problem, the 25th USCG commandant has been seemingly forthcoming with his world views as he prepares to hand over the reigns 1 June.
