Motor Sich rolls out first Mi-8MSB from Sharjah plant

Ukrainian company Motor Sich showcased at Dubai Airshow 2017 its first Mi-8MSB upgrade (pictured), completed at its new plant in Sharjah. 

This can be regarded as the first attempt of Motor Sich to actively market the upgraded 12t helicopter to a range of countries in the Middle East and Africa which operate the older Mi-8T or can afford buying the upgraded Mi-8MSB at a relatively low price compared to newly-built Mi-17/171s.

The Mi-8MSB is an upgrade developed and certified by Motor Sich, an engine developer and manufacturer from Zaporozhye in Ukraine.
