MD Helicopters sets ambitious timeline for international orders
With the 6XX delayed due to certification hold ups, despite ambitions of that happening last year, MD Helicopters has set itself a tight schedule to deliver a variety of models to bolster military attack helicopter fleets worldwide.
However, at Heli-Expo 2018, MD Helicopters owner Lynn Tilton seemed unfazed by the large orders book.
According to Tilton the MD team has grown to deal with these new orders and is moving six aircraft along the production line every 30 days. Currently there are 42 aircraft on the line.
