JetLease secures UH-60A resale, leasing rights
JetLease has secured the rights, with partner Arista Aviation, to supply the UH-60A Black Hawk helicopter to military and civilian markets through a variety of manufacturing resale and leasing options.
The agreement, which includes packages such as training, pilots and maintenance alongside financial options, will provide acess to the helicopter for organisations within sectors such as search and rescue, border control, firefighting, drug interdiction and medical evacuation.
Russel Dise, co-founder and president, JetLease, said: ‘We are excited to announce this exclusive partnership that allows public and private sector organisations everywhere to benefit from using this multi-role aircraft in a range of applications.
‘Thanks to our partnership with Arista Aviation, we can re-manufacture our Black Hawk helicopters to individual specifications, meaning not only will they fit customers’ exact requirements, but also they will receive a manufacturing warranty for any work completed. Alongside our wide variety of leasing options, we have turned what was an exclusively military-based aircraft into one that can be used commercially all over the world.’
