​Helicopter OEMs defy pessimists

In an environment of continued uncertainty in the oil and gas market, political instability and exchange rate fluctuations, four of the largest helicopter OEMs have reported relatively stable second quarter and half year results.

Strong defence spending and growing demand in Asia have supported orders and revenues across the companies despite leaders continuing to express caution regarding market stability.
