Farnborough: Bell Helicopter targets European market
Bell Helicopter has signalled its intent to increase market participation in Europe, announcing several new contracts and initiatives in the region at the Farnborough International Airshow (FIA).
Speaking to journalists at the show, Bell Helicopter’s CEO John Garrison said the company was turning its focus to Europe as the second biggest helicopter market in the world, with significant growth potential.
‘We do not enjoy the same level of market participation in Europe that we do in other parts of the world, and so in order to achieve our objectives, we aim to increase our level of participation,’ Garrison stated.
