Farnborough 2018: Lord at the ready for new attack helicopter
In June, US Army leaders announced that in five years time they hope to have two new prototype attack reconnaissance helicopters flying. With such an aggressive timeline industry is poised to commit their platforms for this mission.
However, one company which is almost guaranteed a spot on any of the platforms is Lord. The company, a manufacturer and developer of vibration, noise and motion control parts on helicopters and fixed-wing, is investing heavily in the future of military rotorcraft, emphasised further by its application on the FVL aircraft.
