DSEI 2015: SW-4 flying solo for MoD (video)

The UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) has concluded a two-year long study looking at unmanned rotary wing systems, including conducting simulated deck landings with a full-size optionally piloted helicopter.

AgustaWestland was awarded a contract by the MoD in 2013 for the Rotary Wing Unmanned Aerial System (RWUAS) Capability Concept Demonstration (CCD) programme, which will support Royal Navy decision making on future UAS.
