AUSA 2013: Elbit Systems bullish about US market
The first US sequester saw swingeing cuts to defence and other budgets, and as another round of potential cuts looms there is nervousness and ‘whistling past graveyards’ on the floor of the AUSA conference in Washington DC.
In the face of these strong headwinds, however, the president of Elbit Systems America Raanan Horowitz has opted to build a windmill as some others begin to hunker down in their cellars.
