2010 International Sea King Maintenance Symposium achieves event sponsorship goal
Vector Aerospace Corporation, one of the world's leading independent providers of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services is pleased to announce the 2010 International Sea King Maintenance Symposium being hosted in Portsmouth, United Kingdom (Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services-UK ) from September 28th-30th has filled all event sponsorship positions and delegate registrations are being received on a daily basis.
"The organizing committee is very encouraged by the levels of interest and participation we have received to date for the 2010 International Sea King Maintenance Symposium" expresses Dave McGrath, director of marketing and communications for Vector Aerospace, and co-organizer for the event. "We have recently signed on the last available sponsorship position; and this year's group is as well-established and diverse a group as has ever been assembled for this event. This year's sponsors include Sikorsky, AgustaWestland, Pall Corporation, Safran (Sagem), IMP Aerospace, Rolls-Royce, GasTops, Rotair Industries and Becker Avionics. We believe the caliber of sponsors and presenters we have engaged to discuss fleet operations, maintenance issues and solutions are translating well within the international SeaKing/S61 operator community, and this is resulting in a strong show with regard to delegate registrations that are coming in daily from military and commercial operators from around the world." McGrath explains that as a non-profit/cost-recovery event, all expenses attributed to the SeaKing Symposium are paid for through a combination of sponsorships, and delegate registration fees.
Individuals and/or organizations interesting in attending the 2010 International Sea King Maintenance Symposium are encouraged to register as soon as possible as delegate positions are limited, and on a first-come - first served basis. As well, Vector has arranged for reduced room rates at the host and main event venue; the Portsmouth Marriott Hotel and registrants are strong encouraged to book early.
