Noel Tarrazona has a Doctorate in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. His articles on defence and maritime security have been cited by different scholarly journals in the Asia-Pacific region. Based in the Philippines, he also serves as a visiting lecturer in different graduate school programmes in Philippine universities.
