He previously served as Trade Commissioner of Finland in Sao Paulo and as Chairman of the Committee on Defense and Security of the Finnish-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FinnCham Brazil). In 2022, he completed the inaugural internship for Foreign Military Attachés and Diplomats at Brazil’s Ministry of Defense (MoD).
