AUSA 2014: Polaris debuts ULCV contender
Polaris Defense is presenting its DAGOR ultra light vehicle at AUSA Annual as its submission for the US Army’s Ultra Light Combat Vehicle (ULCV) programme.
At FIDAE in March, Polaris was very tight-lipped about its involvement in the ULCV competition and was marketing its lightweight MRZR two-seat and four-seat range of vehicles. The DAGOR is slightly larger but engineered to meet the requirements of ULCV to transport up to nine personnel and have a curb weight of less than 4,500lb.
